Policy For Surgical Procedures

We kindly request full payment for all procedures at least 7 days prior to the scheduled procedure. If for any reason you have to cancel your procedure, cancellation fees will be handled as per below:

Cancellation 15-21 days before the scheduled procedure.

25% of the total procedure fee is charged.  (Hospital/Anesthesia fees refunded in full if applicable)

Cancellation 7-14 days before the scheduled procedure.

50% of the total procedure fee is charged. (Hospital/Anesthesia fees refunded in full if applicable/)

Cancellation within 48 hours-7 days of the scheduled procedure.

75% of the procedure’s fee and any restocking charges.

Policy for Non-Surgical Procedures

  • Payment for specific non-surgical procedures will be taken at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment. Alternatively, 30% of the total fees are payable at the time of obtaining your booking.
  • Cancellations three (3) days before your procedure(s) will result in a charge to your account of 50% of the procedure cost.
  • We take a $100 deposit for (all) bookings - this deposit is redeemable from your treatment, consultation cost or products sold within the clinic

Important Notice

Cancellations or failure to show up on the day of the procedure will result in a charge to your account of 100% of that procedure.

(75% of this will be credited back to you if you decide to reschedule your procedure at a later date). Additionally, if hospital services or any Anesthesia services are utilised prior to cancellation, these fees will be charged.
